Nurture, ground, and come home to yourself in an evening of Sacred Rest with Restorative Yoga and Sound Meditation. In this two-hour restorative practice, we will cocoon from our busy lives and allow ourselves to simply rest whilst Jenn guides us through gentle, extended postures set to calming music. This practice will create space for your body to relax, your mind to slow down, and your heart to find sanctuary within. We will end with a nourishing sound bath as you are deeply held by the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing vocals.
